In my case, I was passing through Chinchon, we booked through Google, everything was perfect. The bar is very nice, the decoration is very modern. It has a terrace, and two floors above the dining room with a balcony overlooking the Plaza Mayor de Chinchon. The waiter's attention was very cordial and correct with great sympathy. The food was very good, I ordered a cheese salad with cured meat, delicious, the dressing was something special, and sirloin, very tender and on point accompanied by delicious potatoes. For dessert, a strawberry soup with fruit salad and brutal ice cream as well. The general cleanliness of the place was very good. As for the price, a bit high, but since you are in the town square it can be acceptable. I would go back without a doubt.
